ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Saskia…

I’m a Leadership and Performance Coach in Christchurch, NZ, with a proven track record spanning more than 15 years. I’m also a Company Director with 5 years at the Board table and the drive to become an experienced and accomplished Director. My background includes small business ownership, corporate marketing, coaching and facilitation and, more recently, governance.

It’s fair to say I love what I do. In both my Life Coaching and Director roles I get to work with motivated people and companies striving for excellence. It’s a buzz working out how to best unlock potential and seeing people and organisations achieve great things.

During my life coaching and facilitation career I have partnered with an array of personal and organisational clients, coaching groups and teams as well as working on a one-on-one basis. I specialise in Personal Leadership, helping my clients get the best out of themselves and those around them.

I enjoy working with people who are motivated to perform at their best, are open to change, and like to have fun in the process. My style is positive, empathetic, and research-based.

Away from the office…

I’m a mum to two beautiful children and a partner to a loving husband. As a family, we enjoy the outdoors, picnicking and boating in summer, and skiing in winter and love to spend as much quality time together as we can. I also enjoy movies, yoga, tropical holidays and casual dinners with good friends.

I undertook Coaching to bring some order and focus to my life. Working with Saskia helped me set goals that were realistic and achievable – and then regular coaching ensured I kept on track, and completed all the commitments made. The environment was open and honest - at no time did I feel judged. Saskia celebrated my successes - even when I didn’t – and I always knew she was on my team.
